OH WOW I just finish reading this book, and I have to say I felt in love with it from the first page to the last. This book had me on an emotional roller coaster, I cried like a baby, this is one of the sweetens love story I have read, I have read other book of Casey and I love them, but this one just gave me a good cried, I am gone keep this short since I don't want to give anything away.
The story begging with Raegan, when she was five years old she lost her parents and grandmother, ever since that she being with her granddaddy, his her entire life, she helps him around the farm, while she also pretend that everything is ok to world, everyone in her town love her, but they don't know what's going with her, cause they don't see the real her, she don't date or fall for guys, cause she is always putting her granddaddy first, but all that change when someone from her past comes back, Emmett his the one that gave her hope when her life change when she was just five, now Emmett is back in her life and his not going anywhere, everything is going good for Raegan into her granddaddy gives her some news that will change her life again, will she push Emmett away or will she let him in.
I really love and enjoy reading this book, I love how Emmett is with Raegan, and how you could see how much he loves her, I love the characters, specially Cole love it how protective of her he is, and how he love her as a sister, I just love this book.
I love the note that Author Casey Peeler write at the end of the book, I know how it feels to lose your sunshine, cause I lost three of my sunshine they where my grandmother and both of my granddaddy's, and oh boy how did I cried them they where my world.

Excerpt
“Good evening, Mr. Lowery,” Emmett says calmly, but the expression on his face looks like he’s ready to about-face and run as I peek around the kitchen corner.
“Emmett, come in,” Grandaddy says flatly, and I try to resist the urge to giggle. They make their way into the foyer. “Rae will be out in just a minute, but I wanted to talk to you first.”
“Yes, sir,” Emmett replies.
“I expect you to take care of her, Emmett Bridges. She’s a good girl, and I love her more than life itself. If you hurt her, by God, I’ll make you wish you never stepped foot back into Pleasant Hill. Got it?”
“Yes, sir.”
“A’ight. Now, have her home by eleven.”
“Will do, Mr. Lowery.”
“Sunshine!” Grandaddy hollers. “Emmett’s here.”
On that cue, I walk into the foyer to meet him. When I round the corner, I see him standing there in a pair of jeans and a fitted polo, holding a bouquet of daisies. I feel as if the world stops spinning when I see him. A smile spreads across his face, but I can see he’s trying to refrain from a real reaction with Grandaddy standing there.
“You look gorgeous, Raegan,” Emmett states as his smile continues to grow.

Over the years, she found her way to relax was in a good book. Her perfect day consists of water, sand between her toes, a cold beverage, and a great book!
