First let me just say that this is the first book that I read from this author.

Holy Smoke I just finish reading this book and I F****** Love it, love the main character I love her damn attitude, but of coursed I just love the book, I am gone keep this short since I don't want to give anything away.

This is the story of Emerald Anderson, she grow up with her mom and let me just say not the best mother at all, from an early age she got to see what her mother did for a living, Emerald love to writes and that's what she want to be a writer, her mother gave her to have her first beer when she was young, she did not have no friends at all, and she used guys to get what she wanted, and that's cause her mother tough her to be like, one day when she got home from school she got the horrible surprise that change her life, after that she move in with her grandparents, that summer she end up learning a lot about her self, also found some new friends, and met Carter now he show her that their is nothing wrong with open up to some one, and he also did a lot of things that show her how good it is to be in a relationship he also change her life.

I really enjoy and love reading this book, love the twist that it had at the end I was not expecting that, now I cant wait to read the second book in this series, Author Mariah Cole THANK YOU for introducing me to this amazing characters and this awesome book love it.
